Solid Ground Brewing is founded by a brewer, KC Sare, and a winemaker, Scott Johnson. The brewery will incorporate a 25 barrel brewhouse, a taproom, and a small kitchen. We will be focusing on specialty lagers and experimental wine-influenced beers. We will also provide traditional and nontraditional ales, barrel aged beer, and eventually sours.
In addition to beer, we will be offering wine on draft produced by Solid Ground. This will include a wide range of rotating varietals, esoteric blends, sparkling, and low alcohol European-style wines.
Solid Ground is scheduled to open in early 2017. Look for our beer coming out on draft locally and throughout the Sacramento area. Follow our progress on social media. Cheers!
